I’m a recruiter/head-hunter from the UK and I have served in the semiconductor space for the past 8 years, I have helped startup businesses through to global powerhouses within the semiconductor space. I’ve found over the past few years that the typical space for finding talent (Linkedin) has become littered with recruiters that only match keywords to job descriptions. The Process
Typically speaking providing your profile matches we will arrange to have a first call where you can learn about me, the client, and I can learn about you - what you’re looking for, what your background is, and also what you need to move. Gone are the days of sending a resume and hoping for the best this is not how I work.
If you're not prepared to jump onto a team's call with me, or phone call, or facetime/WhatsApp then I will have no reason to continue with your application, again I believe this is fair after all, when you speak to a client of mine you are not only representing yourself but also me and my ability.
